I feel for ya Marlo. Back in the corp days, I did two tours of duty in Akron, which gets the infamous "lake effect" snows. It's a real heavy wet snow.
We are lucky that we still have power, because our power lines are underground.
My son lost power, and the only thing stopping them from coming here right now is that the road they need to take to get here is closed.
I pray they get power back, because otherwise they all might end up here.
Son, daughter-in-law, three kids and two big dogs.
I love them, but I'm too old for that ****.
I'm redoing my guest room, and I just got rid of the bed in there, so I don't even know where they will all sleep.
I only have two couches and a twin size air mattress, and there are five of them.
