we need a nationwide "put the clown down" law once the chimp-out goes violent and destructive
those involved with the chimp-out should lose all rights to file any and all criminal or civil charges or lawsuits against anyone stopping or attempting to stop the chimp-out
business could offer an "expected saving" award for those stopping chimp-outs
