Numerous sources close to the Biden administration said that they were appalled at Biden's braze act of trying to dry hump a child in a crowd of people at the whitehouse.  Biden reportedly told insiders that "since I'm President I don't have to hide it anymore"  He then order his detail to take him somewhere where he can "spoon" with and "sniff" 3rd graders
