We've been a pretty nasty group.
Every generation in every nation of every race or nationality has had hard times that includes injustice, poverty and generally hard times, including the United States. I've had a good life with few regrets. I know not everyone in this country has had it so well, and I'm sorry for them. But history has told us of the history of misery since the beginning of time. I'm not going to sit around and worry about how bad other people's lives have been. It sucks for them but how does it help to be depressed about other people's misery. If that sounds insensitive I say get over it. All we can do is help wherever we can and hope and pray that their lives improve.
