The lawsuit is almost CERTAINLY **** - but so is your question. They have rights - period. Our government cannot mistreat ANYONE within its borders, regardless of their status. The framers did not say that CITIZENSHIP endows humans with rights. They said GOD ALMIGHTY endows humans with rights - and that the government is enjoined from violating those rights.
If you believe those illegals lack civil rights, then you think rights come from the government.
