This marks a decrease of 36 degrees over the last 16 years.  More evidence of Global Cooling.

We here in Kentucky are having a very nice summer (save some nasty storms). We've had few days over 90 and lots of rain. It's going to be a hot week ahead, over 90 for several days, but it's almost August. And then by next week back to the 80's. Meteorologists who are worth their salt realize that El Nino is wreaking havoc on the weather. Everyone should check the summers in the 1930s dust bowl era. Many heat records were broken during this period.
