THIS is a case where the NY court of appeals conducted a briefing... where they asked the prosecution QUESTION, after QUESTION relating to:
1) Why they would file charges against Donald Trump when Deutschbank DID NOT, and said they WOULD NOT, file a complaint !
2) The COMPETENCY of BOTH Donald Trump AND the Deutschbank... to value the property THEMSELVES... to make their own business decisions, and why "THEY" got involved !
3) WHY they would file charges, when NO ONE was "Damaged" ! and...
4) WHERE the justification for a $450 Million settlement came from !
NOW with THIS... it basically looks like THEY SEE the handwriting on the wall... were probably RIPPED a NEW one by the appeals court... and RATHER than embarrass themselves and the NY Courts... that they should NOT sentence, and LET the case be appealed and dismissed !!
AND THAT is EXACTLY what I expect will happen !!
