This means as the very least the talking point the 2020 election was fair and secure is an UNSUPPORTED, UNPROVEN CLAIM.
At the most, it's a flat out lie, especially considering all the evidence the election was fraudulent and ZERO evidence it was fair and secure.
This ridiculous talking point is the equivalent to someone getting murdered and you claiming no one was murdered because the police refused to investigate the crime.
