Vegas altered BV's post in his OP by omitting content and did not include a link to BV's post while including two links to his own post.
1) Dishonest presentation.
2) Lying by omission.
3) Altering post.
4) Accusations of cheating when Vegas, himself, is the one cheating.
I could go on. However, that's enough to render a judgement.
Vegas forfeits due to Vegas cheating in multiple ways. Yes, lying is cheating.
