I'd like Biden to take the DoJ back to were it used to be pre-Trump. He nominates someone, they are confirmed, and then he keeps himself out of the day to day running of the DoJ. He shouldn't even bring up Trump & family etc to his nominee. The new DoJs AG call, not the Presidents call. It's almost like the DoJ should work for the American people and not the White House. I think Trump especially needs to be held to account.
I can't say I'd like Trump to walk away, but I honestly don't think that will totally happen. Even if the feds take a pass, the state of New York will not take a pass.
