To be fair, the drunk at the end of the bar is stimulating the economy if he's paying his tab, tipping the waitstaff, and taking an Uber or Lyft home when the bar closes. He's more like the drunk at the end of the bar who walks out on his tab, stiffs the waitstaff on tips, gets behind the wheel, drives over a teenager, and screams his Covid-19 onto the weeping mother of the child he just murdered complaining about how his paint job is ruined by all the kids blood.
