He was meant to be a he. He still is a fully intact male last I heard. He has not done anything to alter his genitals. Most of them don't live in a beautiful house in Malibu, (or attend Vanity Fair parties) with a glam squad at their disposal and a closet full of designer clothes.
They face discrimination in the work place and in the world in general, and they get beaten and killed just for trying to be who they were meant to be.
