That's old school thinking. It's been replaced with the sincere belief that Trans men are men and Trans women are women. Identifying as the opposite gender wasn't enough for them, they expect 100% buy in from the public that they are a member of the SEX they identify with. Never had an issue with people not conforming to gender roles, always preferred Tom boys to hyper feminine delicate girls. Gender non conformity is great.
