Personally I have no problem with this. Sexuality should not come into the work place. If it does and interferes with your ability to perform your duties as an employee then I can see being fired for being flaming gay. Same with being fired for being a boorish heterosexual. Even if the expressions of sexuality do not rise to the level of harassment or assault. If they create an environment that is uncomfortable for customers or co workers....next!
