Perhaps they wouldn't question it before the demolition but they sure as **** would afterwards. It would start with "gee Harvey, it was kinda weird the elevator wouldn't stop on 75-78" and develop into an investigation. We didn't need to know the details. Why would we care? There easily could have been construction going on during working hours. Nobody is going to question it.
