I thought housing prices in our area were inflated. I thought it would crash or level off 5 years ago. Asking prices more than doubled in the last 5 years. I put away my miss cleo hat when I saw most houses being sold for cash above list price. We are seeing Wallstreet buying up main Street and converting property owners into renters.
