Concern was nato would use Ukraine to threaten the security of Russia. Appears their concerns were justified. Keeping Ukraine out of nato is a hill Russia is prepared to die on. Our support and inflammation of this conflict will be used as justification for Russia to have a larger buffer zone between them and a now un debatable hostile coalition. I think we should stop this before it predictably escalates. Is Ukraine nato membership worth the destruction of humanity? We should stop supplying weapons, demand a cease fire, and negotiate? Is that kneeling? Is that pro.putin?
