Another person's opinion should never determine humanity. If the mother wants the child then killing it is murder. If the mother wants to kill the kid, it changes from murder to a civil right. Too much like the status African Americans enjoyed in antebellum America. Slave owners had the opinion blacks were less than human, could be tortured and killed without penalty. Blacks living outside of slave states were considered fully human and killing them was murder. We should have learned from history that humanity shouldn't be determined by geography or opinion.
