We don't do the same things. We spend trillions of dollars on smart weapons to minimize civilian casualties. If we just wanted to kill brown people en masse we could do so for far cheaper. Kick a couple moabs out of a 1950s c130 and most middle eastern **** would be turned to humus. When is the last time we kidnapped and tortured civilians? And no, club gitmo doesn't count.
