Also, there are 290 seats in the Iranian Parliament and five of them are "reserved" for religious minorities per decree from before the days that the Shah was overthrown. One of them is for a single Jew to occupy so... The "religious minorities" are basically tokens with no real power so the Persians can say they are "inclusive".
