When you are negotiating you don't blow up the car dealership if they give you a bad offer. You talk, you counter offer. Three times the displaced Jordanians have been given offers for an independent state, including a state with a shared capital of Jerusalem. Their response has been to shake hands on camera for the international press and then attack Israel militarily. That might be how you negotiate, ask a girl for a blow job, she offers you a kiss instead, so you rape her.
