The Palestinians were offered a two state solution, including a shared Capitol of Jerusalem. Arafat accepted this offer, got the Nobel Peace Pize for it, and then declared an intifada. I watched this first hand. Nothing you can say can refute that chronology of events. They lost my sympathy that day. They showed themselves disinterested in a two state solution and fully dedicated to annihilation of any Jewish State in the middle east.
