No evidence they had advance knowledge of the attacks. Even if they did, it only makes them assholes of the highest order, not terrorists. We had all the pieces for peal harbor and 911 available. Post mortem armchair quarterbacking always leads to cries of conspiracy. Never attribute to conspiracy that which is better explained by incompetence.
