Think it's higher than 60%. When Gore lost 80% of democrats thought the election was stolen. When Trump won 98% of democrats and a large chunk of gullible Independents believed that Russia interfered with the election. When Trump lost 80% of Republicans believed there was some form of manipulation. I put the number at 80% of Americans have lost much of their faith in the process, depending on who wins.
