Now, eight years later, when asked about his plan for replacing Obamacare, his response was, "I have a concept of a plan."

You would think that after nearly a decade, he could have asked the Heritage Foundation to come up with a chapter in Project 2025 that dealt with it.
I have no need for insurance.  Trump eliminated the mandate.  That was a great quantifiable accomplishment.
