It's that they are criminals and the good ones are the exception. That is what you need to understand. They are not hired, paid, or trained to protect and serve. They get WAAAAY more respect than they deserve. Just look at you, making excuses for them, when all they do all day long is raise revenues from you and your family members through acts of road piracy. They violate rights for a living.
