There is no wall.

The reason old decrepit duplexes like yours go for so much in NH is because of the zoning and lack of new builds.  More buyers that sellers because of government.

Here, that **** would for MAYBE 300,000.  Maybe.  Especially as old as your duplex is.  I'm out for a while. I might be back.  Remember, 35 miles in any direction except east.
