About "sucking"
Telesforo Cerero-Palacios is a home renovator in Minnesota who says he has no reported criminal history, so he was shocked to learn the Department of Homeland Security listed him as one of the "worst of the worst" detained immigrants in the U.S. who have serious offenses.
"What happened here? Why does their system say this about you?" Cerero-Palacios, 53, recalled after a relative saw him on the list.
The DHS website features thousands who the agency claims are the "worst" individuals, including a photo of Cerero-Palacios with his alleged crime, "dangerous drugs."

You must always dig deeper when dealing with the disingenuous cherry picking of BV.
1. When one digs deeper into the story one will find that indeed the guy was undocumented. And after investigation and an interview he was removed from the list. Seems like the system worked.
2. We have discovers that Snow Bunny does not understand the numbers and has offered no solutions to this issue that he supports. Other than screaming "who will pick the vegetables".

Why do you, an innumerate illiterate, presume?
Do you have any idea what the error rate for DHS data is - on which the OP is premised?
DHS doesn't care about errors...they care about meeting their quota.

You're an idiot. If they cared about meeting their quota, Dum Dum, the guy would have been detained and deported. He wasn't. He was removed from the list and deported. And remember, Snow Bunny, he WAS an illegal.
