John Eastman was disbarred in California on April 15, 2026, for his actions regarding the 2020 election. While he was criminally indicted in Georgia and Arizona, no criminal convictions were finalized before he reportedly received a federal pardon for federal charges in November 2025.
Laugh all you like, he was never convicted. I win.
