1.  The man was an idiot for walking towards her while she was pointing a gun.

 Should she have waited until he got a hold of her before drawing her weapon?
  It's a fact that a drawn weapon alone can make a bad guy think twice about continuing what they're doing. This dumb bastard didn't het the hint. He saw the gun and kept coming.
