You are trying to convince me that Judge Kaplan contradicted himself.....and the jury.

No, he pretty much informed everyone in court that the harlot was violated, even though:

 E. Jean Carroll could not remember four specific time-related details regarding the alleged mid-1990s assault: 

• The exact date
• The month
• The season
• The exact year (she initially fluctuated between 1994 and 1995 before landing on 1996

The poor thing was so traumatized by the violations, she kept getting the 1/2 dozen rapes she had to endure, all mixed up with one another.
