If such regs were unconstitutional, they would have been challenged in any part of the US subject to the Constitution. 

 

 

Hi Mary, glad you are here.  The fact of the matter is from 1791 thru 1934, as I said, the FEDERAL GOV had no restrictions on gu ownership.  Gun ownership was encouraged by the founders.
