It says sexually assaulted, and Kaplan put raped in paras.  That was not the jury verdict.

I have no clue why Rosen is talking to the AG.  You would have to ask him.  I do know it is fact that the conviction was voided, he is a free man, and is not currently not being prosecuted.

Do you agree with those facts?
