The great reframe begins......I don't give a rat's *** how your ex wife grew up.  This week, to deflect from your extremely white privilege background, you brought her in the conversation to show what a great guy you are because you first said she was black, then changed it to "colored". When it was pointed out you live in one of the whites towns within the whitest states in the country you started talking about shopping in Lawrence, Ma.  

You're like that white guy that claims he has black friends.
