Fox has admitted in court that it deliberately lies to its customers. In fact, that principle was its actual defense.

I would bet dollars to donuts it's just another lie to generate outrage and get clicks. That is Fox's M.O.

By the way, there WAS a true case of a dog voting in California. But the dog "identified" as a voter.
