Riddle me this Jackhole, how much money can Obama spend that has not been appropriated by Congress?They have the checkbook, not him. And specifically which side of the legislature is responsible for appropriations? And did they not offer an appropriation bill that would have kept government running? So in reality, if the house is doing their job who is shutting down government, Jackhole?
