That's basically what DEI brings to the table. Merit is in fourth place to D,E, and I.

A paid position used to place merit a bit higher. Nepotism got in the way some of the time.

He is looking for a job so maybe he needs all the help he can get?

First I was told my success was due to white privilege, took me two years on a seven year union scale to reach journeyman wages. 98% white area.

Next I was told it was Nepotism and my extremely good looks and likeability was the reason for success. What a crock of ****. I'm a asshole!

I learned early on it's not that difficult to be above average. It's got to be easier today than back then.

The wife was forced to take a DEI training course this year to keep her credentials with her National Organization. She scored a 100% on the test and didn't believe a **** word of it!
