I don't know if this good or bad. However, I am convinced that it is here to stay. It isn't going anywhere. Therefore, adapt or die, I guess.

A couple of months ago you were buying Puts on bank stocks and said the housing market would crash.
Most bank stocks went up and home prices in Las Vegas also have gone up.
