Water, no hurricanes or tornadoes, rare high temps. It gets a little cold during the winter months, but I just hibernate and have my groceries delivered for about 6 weeks. Some people use the savings to travel (take a cruise, etc.) We were listed as 1 of 5 counties in the Midwest least affected by climate change. We have had a lot of elderly coming in from Phoenix (and the southwest) because of the heat and water issues.
