Minnesota is a legal concealed carry state. 2nd amendment. It was in one of those back holsters under his jacket. He had a phone in his hand filming. His gun stayed in the holster until he was restrained on the ground, and an ICE agent removed the gun, stepped back, and then they shot him multiple times.

People have filmed the the killing from multiple angles, and they all show the same thing. No gun out of the holster.
