That is when a friend of my suggested taking a marshmallow and throwing it as hard as I can against anything solid until it explodes. Only took me once time to figure out it won't explode. since then I learned to release my anger in less self destructive ways.
I get down right instinctive first to figure out what triggers my anger response emotionally.
Anyway, you do whatever you do, I can instinctively figure out what you are doing as a sole reproduction equally living eternally separated uniquely you here now.
