Still waiting on a decision from Enel North America for that 140 acre solar farm. Will probably find out next year if they decide to pursue. We have a bit of an in as transmission lines already cross the property from the wind turbines and willing to sell them 20 acres for a work yard. Hard to believe we are in the second ten year term for royalties on the wind side.
