I know the difference between XY and XX but I don't care if some dude wants to call themselves a woman.   
 

when did the simple xy and xx chromosome argument change to the 4 instead of two combinations?

46 made from 23 strands. the theories between xx and xy being xxyy or xxxx happened after I was in highschool. I googled this before posting to double check to see if humans are still 46 chromosomes, not 48.
