Yes, one who is quite challenged in writing a simple sentence or series of sentences to explain his thoughts on a subject. The "B" stands for "BIG WORDS WORD-SALAD". He's smart enough to use a Thesaurus, but not smart enough to type out a simple (or complex) thought.
