It's high time that All Americans pay their fair share to live in this country with freedoms intact. So, I propose taxing every adult person residing here (citizen, non-citizen, etc) who has been eligible to pay taxes, but hasn't paid any income tax for over 2 years. The tax should be a set at a minimum of $1,000 per individual. Everyone must be invested in this country, and that means NON-TAX PAYERS NEED TO START PAYING THEIR FAIR SHARE.

every person is taxed already. Sales tax of most things purchased legally. people have their biological time taxed away serving ideas sustaining societal evolution to replace genetic displacement time being alive now.
