That's where this all started - you being too dishonest to admit that a tax disadvantage is a form of compulsion. Whether the ACA fine is or is not a punishment is ONLY being debated because of your consistent dishonesty, ***.
Let's just both agree that you're a quibbling, dishonest parser-*** whose only intentions in a thread are to move goalposts, derail, or misrepresent facts, and call it a day.

****. This is your side alley brawl. YOU went down this road. Now you are changing the language to advantages. Advantages, asshole, is not forcing you by law.

No, asshole, it started when I told you that if you did not like a corporation you did not have to invest in it. THe government is not forcing you. You went off on tangents trying to justify your argument. Next, I argued the ACA mandate is not only force, because you are forced to purchase services that you do not need, but you are punished if you do not. No, you went down this road, not me.
Again, there is NO LAW that forces you to invest in a corporation. They you do that of your own free will. That is YOUR choice, asshole. And you want big daddy government to step in.
Stop blaming your own games on others. Are you ashamed?
