No sir, it does not. It gives you an incentive. I do not have to invest if I do not want to. Neither do you.

So back to the CU argument you are sprinting from. Since the government does not force you to invest in any company, nor does it penalize you if you don't, you are free not to invest with a company you politically disagree with.
