Years ago I saw a twin set of caucasian hermaphrodites in a porn video. They **** each other - didn't **** themselves, though.
Both had disambiguated penises and vaginas, neither had a scintilla of gonadal tissue. It's possible they were born less fully ambiguated and had some tissue removed - who can say. But they both had functioning penises and perfectly normal labia.
