It blames the victims of blue state systemic racism and brutality.
They are actually the finest human beings who are simply being pushed by jim crow democrats and the segregation they enforce, to the point that they have to riot in the skreet because the illegitimate governments of blue states are too corrupt to self-correct. The rioters want only one thing: SOCIAL JUSTICE!
