There is no way that you can definitively say that no crimes were committed until all of the investigations have been concluded.

I have no idea what the FBI, Mueller or the House & Senate Intel Committees know now or will uncover in the future, and neither do you.
Whether or not any crimes have been committed is yet to be determined.
